We deliver orders across India through trusted courier partners. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping location and product availability:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Locations: 5-10 business days
• Custom or Made-to-Order Products: May take 7-14 business days

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges may apply depending on the product and delivery address.
• Free shipping offers will be displayed on product pages or during checkout if applicable.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link. You can use this to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

5. Delays in Delivery

Delivery timelines may be impacted due to external factors such as weather, festivals, lockdowns, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details. We will investigate and take corrective action promptly.
